Receiving a Tebex resource

Protected resources are downloaded from the Cfx.re Portal with the account that owns the server key.

Resources sold through Tebex are protected by the Cfx.re escrow system: the code is encrypted and only runs on servers linked to the Cfx.re account that bought it. They are not downloaded from bioslab.dev but from the Cfx.re Portal.

Before you buy

At checkout Tebex asks you to log in with a Cfx.re account. It must be the same account that owns the server key of the server where you will use the resource.

Warning

If you buy with an account other than the one that owns the server key, the server rejects the resource at startup. The license cannot be moved to another account on your own: in that case contact support.

To check which account owns the server key, open portal.cfx.re → Server Keys: the key used in server.cfg (sv_licenseKey) must appear in that list.

Downloading the resource

  1. Log in to portal.cfx.re with the account used at checkout.
  2. Open Assets → Granted Assets.
  3. Find the resource and click Download.

The resource appears in the list a few minutes after payment. If it is still missing after an hour, make sure you are logged in with the right account, then contact support with your Tebex order number.

Server requirements

  • Up-to-date server artifacts: escrow resources do not start on builds that are too old. Use at least the recommended version listed on runtime.fivem.net.
  • OneSync enabled, if the resource page requires it.
  • The .fxap files present in the resource folder: they hold the protection, and without them the resource does not start.

Uploading the files to the server

If you transfer the files over FTP, use binary mode (or SFTP). Text mode corrupts the encrypted files and the server reports Failed to verify protected resource at startup.

After uploading, continue with the resource page.
