Where to download the new version and how to install it without losing your configuration.

Every resource page lists what changed in each version and any steps required when updating.

Downloading the new version

Tebex resources: download the updated version from portal.cfx.re → Granted Assets, as with the first download.
bioslab.dev resources: download the updated version from My resources.

Installing the update

Back up the resource folder, especially the configuration files.
Replace the folder with the new one.
Carry your settings over into the new configuration files. Do not copy the old file as a whole: a new version may add options that would then be missing.
Run the SQL scripts listed in the version notes, if any.
Restart the server. Restarting only the resource is not enough when database tables or dependencies change.
